On the afternoon of December 29, in Ha Tinh City, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in coordination with Tran Phu Political School and Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs organized a scientific workshop with the theme "The current situation and effectiveness of merging and reorganizing the political system at district and commune levels and the organizational system of public service units at district level in Ha Tinh province". The content about the level of satisfaction of people when using public administrative services after the merger and rearrangement of the political apparatus; the life of officials and civil servants after the merger and rearrangement were also discussed at the workshop.
Dr. Nguyen Trung Hai (University of Labor and Social Affairs) shared a presentation with the content: "Quality of life of cadres and civil servants in the political system at commune and district levels in Ha Tinh province after merging and rearranging the organizational apparatus".
From the current situation, delegates pointed out solutions to continue innovating, merging and rearranging the political system's organizational structure, and innovating the management of public health and education units at the commune and district levels.
Closing the workshop, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Le Minh Dao thanked the delegates for their comments. The positive results, difficulties, limitations and solutions analyzed by the delegates will contribute to recommending contents to effectively implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" and Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW on "Continuing to innovate the organization and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units"...
