Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee admits 129 new party members in the first 9 months of the year

In the third quarter of 2024, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc will focus on doing a good job of ideological work and political and ideological education for the Party Committee's cadres and party members; directing grassroots party committees to regularly monitor and grasp the ideological situation and social mood of cadres, party members and workers, promptly grasp the situation, and remove difficulties and obstacles.

In the quarter, 1 new grassroots party cell was established; the Party Committee and Inspection Committee of the grassroots party committee were consolidated and supplemented in a timely manner; political conclusions were drawn to serve the planning work, supplement the Party Committee and appoint cadres in 249 cases; Party badges were awarded to 9 comrades; the names of 2 party members were removed and the names of 2 party members were adjusted. 77 cases were admitted to the Party and 50 cases were officially transferred to Party membership.

By the end of the first 9 months of 2024, the Party Committee of the Bloc admitted 129 party members (83.2%). Conducted 4 inspections of the Party Committee and 4 party members who were heads of the Party Committee; supervised 4 party organizations and 4 party members who were heads. Party committees and grassroots party organizations inspected 88 subordinate party cells and 88 party members, including 42 Party Committee members; supervised 76 subordinate party cells and 76 party members.

Also in 9 months, the entire Party Committee of the Bloc had 4 party organizations disciplined (reprimanded), 25 party members disciplined (5 expelled and 20 reprimanded). The violations were related to working regulations; regulations on what party members are not allowed to do; performing assigned duties and tasks; violating the law and being prosecuted and detained by law enforcement agencies; violating Party regulations, State policies and laws; violating population and family planning policies.

The conference also reviewed 3 years of implementing Resolution No. 03-NQ/ĐUK, dated July 15, 2021 of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc on improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of cadres and party members for the period 2021 - 2025. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc deployed instructions on organizing grassroots party cell congresses and grassroots party committees for the term 2025 - 2030.
