Ensure forces and means to serve the provincial defense area exercise

According to the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh, ensuring forces and means for the Ha Tinh province defense zone exercise is an important content. The assigned members need to continue to urge and inspect the implementation.

On the morning of June 14, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh, Head of the Force and Vehicle Subcommittee, chaired a meeting to evaluate the results of deployment and preparation of forces and vehicles in the 2023 provincial defense area exercise.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh chaired the meeting.

Up to now, units and localities have proactively implemented well, initially achieving quality, according to the plan and requirements. From the beginning of March until now, units and localities have mobilized nearly 30 thousand working days of officers, regular soldiers and militia and self-defense forces; 10 specialized vehicles directly built the exercise command post from district to provincial level (reaching over 80%, striving to complete before June 30). Through the location, the practice area of ​​military, police and border agencies has been agreed upon and concluded by the superior agency.

Colonel Hoang Anh Tu - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Head of the Force and Means Subcommittee reported on the results of the preparation work.

At the meeting, members discussed key issues, pointed out advantages, difficulties and solutions regarding the construction progress of works, command posts, military training locations and handling of situation A2.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trung Kien - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police: The unit has proactively consulted and completed the contents, and at the same time planned to fully supplement the means and forces ready to enter training when ordered.

Delegates also agreed on the number of troops, vehicles, and forces participating in specific contents during the exercise, especially the arrangement and mobilization of vehicles and forces of military agencies, police, border guards, and a number of related sectors to ensure rationality and science.

Vice Chairman of Loc Ha District People's Committee Nguyen Viet Cuong: In order to complete the content of the exercise to mobilize human resources and boats to achieve the set goals and requirements, the locality hopes to receive proper attention and investment, and at the same time receive an early plan to deploy and organize the implementation.

Concluding the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh emphasized that ensuring forces and means in the KVPT exercise is the top priority. Based on the assigned tasks, members are requested to continue to thoroughly grasp, monitor, urge and inspect the construction of works. Strengthen coordination and cooperation to ensure full content; mobilize forces and means to be ready to participate in training when ordered.

To ensure the best preparation, members, especially military agencies and standing agencies, are required to urgently supplement and complete the contents that have been supplemented and concluded at the meeting; complete documents to request final approval from superiors to promptly issue and organize implementation according to the proposed plan.
