Ensuring good conditions for organizing the 2024 high school graduation exam

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Kim Son inspected the preparations for the 2024 high school graduation exam at the Tran Quoc Tuan High School exam site in Quang Ngai City. This is the exam site with the largest number of candidates in Quang Ngai province, with 884 candidates and 37 exam rooms.

Up to this point, the school has fully prepared the facilities and installed surveillance cameras at locations according to regulations. The school has also implemented a plan to arrange staff and teachers to work at exam sites in the province according to the province's general plan, ensuring conditions and readiness to organize this year's high school graduation exam.

Reporting to the working delegation, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thai, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province, said that Quang Ngai province has 420 schools meeting national standards. The provincial Department of Education and Training has applied software in the management of staff, finance, and teaching programs, bringing practical results.

Regarding preparations for the high school graduation exam, Quang Ngai province has 35 testing sites with 635 testing rooms. The whole province has more than 14,300 candidates participating in the high school graduation exam in 2024. The locality will mobilize about 2,200 people to serve the graduation exam this year.

Speaking at the inspection, Mr. Nguyen Kim Son highly appreciated the performance of the education and training sector of Quang Ngai province, despite many difficulties with 5 mountainous districts and 1 island district, but the development here has had many significant changes.

Mr. Nguyen Kim Son said that in order for the exam to take place safely, seriously, honestly, objectively, fairly and with quality, the provincial Department of Education and Training must promote communication work according to the plan for the stages before, during and after the exam.
