Dak Nong plans to have 3 communes not merged

Specifically, according to Conclusion No. 954-KL/TU dated April 17, Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee basically agreed on the policy on the plan to arrange and reorganize commune-level administrative units submitted by the Provincial Party Committee and the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee Organization Board.

From the current 71 communes, wards and towns, Dak Nong province plans to reorganize and reduce to 28 commune-level administrative units. Of these, 3 localities are expected not to merge.

Quang Son Commune, Dak Glong District today

Specifically, Quang Son commune (Dak Glong district) and Quang Truc commune (Tuy Duc district) remain the same.

In addition, Quang Hoa commune (Dak Glong district) was kept intact in this reorganization. The reason is that this is an isolated commune, the distance from the nearest commune is 40km, the terrain is fragmented, and travel is difficult.

In addition, according to the policy of merging Dak Nong, Lam Dong and Binh Thuan provinces, Quang Hoa commune is proposed to remain the same and is expected to be merged with Da R'sal commune, Dam Rong district (Lam Dong province) after the merger of the provinces.
