The Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Cu M'gar District is a bridge to transfer credit capital to many poor households and policy subjects. After more than 20 years of establishment and development, the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Cu M'gar District has affirmed the role and mission of the specific policy credit capital management model, mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political and social system, contributing to the successful implementation of the goal of rapid and sustainable poverty reduction, ensuring social security, building new rural areas, political stability and socio-economic development.
As of June 26, 2023, the total outstanding balance of policy credit programs at the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Cu M'gar District reached 459 billion VND, with nearly 12,000 borrowers. Of which, lending programs for poor households, near-poor households, and newly escaped poverty households accounted for 59% of the total outstanding balance of credit programs. Policy credit capital has been brought to 100% of communes and towns in the district, creating favorable conditions for the poor and policy beneficiaries in need and eligible to access policy credit capital in a convenient and timely manner, helping 23,645 poor households to borrow capital, contributing to helping more than 9,821 households escape poverty, attracting and creating jobs for over 3,586 workers, helping 5,023 students in difficult circumstances to borrow capital for studying and 5 students in difficult circumstances to borrow capital to buy computers for online learning, supporting the construction and renovation of 9,215 clean water and environmental sanitation works in rural areas, supporting 9 non-public preschools and primary schools affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, providing preferential loans to build 03 new social housing houses.
Policy credit capital has contributed to limiting the situation of usury, helping the poor and policy beneficiaries to have conditions to become self-reliant, get acquainted with borrowing and repaying bank loans, gradually changing fundamental awareness, helping borrowers use capital effectively, contributing to improving and enhancing the quality of life, narrowing the gap between rich and poor.

The growth of outstanding loans of the Social Policy Bank over 20 years shows that the establishment of the Social Policy Bank, separating from the commercial banking system, is a correct policy of the Party and the State, a policy that is in line with the people's wishes, strongly promoted in practical operations, gathering the strength of the whole society to focus on hunger eradication, poverty reduction and employment in an economy developing towards a socialist-oriented market economy.
