The Congress had 170 typical delegates, representing member organizations of the Front, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes, towns, and people of Yen Son district.

The program was attended by Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Tien Dung; Mr. Nguyen Hung Vuong, Chairman of the Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province; and leaders of departments and branches of Tuyen Quang province.

In the 2019-2024 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Son district has innovated information and propaganda work, diversified propaganda forms; posted over 930 news and articles on the website of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; posted and shared over 5,000 political news articles.

Promoting the role of over 200 prestigious people among ethnic minorities, propagating and mobilizing people to actively participate in production, learn trades, and eliminate backward customs; "National Great Unity Day" was enthusiastically organized in all residential areas.

Implement the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" with practical content; appropriate socio -economic development programs such as: Movement "Tuyen Quang joins hands to handle waste and fight plastic waste"; Project to concretize rural roads; sustainable poverty reduction plan; National target program on new rural construction...

Implementing emulation movements such as “Good workers, creative workers”; “Young people establish themselves and start a business”, “Farmers compete in good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably”; “Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families”; “Building a clean and strong Veterans Association”; “Old age is a shining example”, “Start-up”, “Creative solidarity”…

Negotiate with member organizations to support capital and production means for poor households, ensuring strict and effective implementation. Support 23 breeding cows in Kim Quan commune; support 25 pairs of breeding cows in Hung Loi and Trung Minh communes...

Up to now, the whole district has 16/28 communes meeting new rural standards, 5 communes meeting advanced new rural standards, 2 communes meeting model new rural standards. The total mobilized capital for new rural construction (2019 - 2023) reached more than 2,600 billion VND. Contributing to helping Yen Son district have 62 OCOP products; over 800 initiatives recognized, some applied to production...

Mobilizing support from charitable organizations and individuals with money and more than 11,200 working days; Supporting the construction of 849 new houses, repairing 100 houses for poor and needy households; Receiving support for natural disasters; supporting the prevention of Covid-19 epidemic.

In the 2024-2029 term, the Yen Son District Fatherland Front Committee has set out specific tasks and directions for activities. These are to promote the role and responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in building the Great National Unity bloc; effectively implement movements and campaigns; eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing for poor households; participate in implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals...

Mobilizing people to compete in labor production, socio-economic development; improving the effectiveness of social supervision and criticism activities; fighting against corruption, waste, negativity, promoting democracy to contribute to building Yen Son district to develop sustainably.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Hung Vuong, Chairman of the Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, praised the positive results achieved by the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Son district, which has been classified as excellent by the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for 5 consecutive years and awarded the leading unit flag for 2 years. The results achieved during the term contributed to the successful implementation of the local political goals and tasks.

However, Mr. Vuong also pointed out the limitations of the Fatherland Front of Yen Son district that need to be overcome. In the 2024-2029 term, the Fatherland Front of Yen Son district will promote the tradition and strength of the Great National Unity; strengthen the role of supervision and social criticism; supervise the implementation of 3 national target programs; innovate the activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations towards focusing on the grassroots level; and exceed the plan of directions, tasks and goals set by the 21st Congress.
