Party Congress of Hoang Hoa Tham High School, Term III -2025 -2030

On February 28, 2025, the 3rd Party Congress of Hoang Hoa Tham High School, term 2025-2030 took place in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of comrade Phan Thanh Cuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Le Thuy District Party Committee, comrades in the Standing Committee, leaders of departments and branches, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Department of Education and Training, and 53 Party members. The Congress was organized as a model congress in the school sector of Quang Binh province,

Comrade Phan Thanh Cuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Le Thuy District Party Committee, gave a speech directing the Congress.

The Congress listened to Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoang Hoa Tham High School, read a political report assessing the leadership of the Party Committee in the 2020-2025 term. In the report, he emphasized the goal of continuing to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, promoting democracy, solidarity, innovation and creativity, striving to build Hoang Hoa Tham High School to meet national standards level 2.

Comrade Phan Thanh Cuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Le Thuy District Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Congress.

Although the Party Committee and the school have faced many difficulties during the past term, such as the consequences of severe flooding at the end of 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the parallel teaching of two general education programs, under the leadership of the District Party Committee and the support of agencies, the school's Party Committee has gradually overcome difficulties to successfully complete its tasks. The school has maintained a stable class size of 24 classes and 1,016 students, the dropout rate is below 1% and there are no students dropping out without reason.

In particular, the work of moral education and lifestyle for students is focused on, with many diverse activities such as legal propaganda, traditional education, life skills, thereby contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education. The Party Committee also directs the implementation of emulation movements "Teach well, learn well", applying information technology in teaching and learning, improving educational effectiveness.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hoa, member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Thuy district, presented flowers to congratulate the Party Committee of Hoang Hoa Tham High School.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Hoang Hoa Tham High School determined to continue improving the quality of education, strongly promoting solidarity, innovation, and building a high-quality learning environment. The set targets include maintaining the dropout rate below 0.5%, ensuring mass and key quality, with a graduation rate of 100% and a university entrance exam rate of 50-60%.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Phan Thanh Cuong, Secretary of Le Thuy District Party Committee, praised the achievements in the past term and directed Hoang Hoa Tham High School to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, dynamism and creativity to excellently complete the tasks in the new term.

The Congress elected the 3rd Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term with 8 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nam was elected to hold the position of Party Secretary and elected delegates to attend the higher-level congress: 2 comrades Nguyen Thanh Nam and Nguyen Thai Thuy and 1 alternate comrade.

The 3rd Party Congress of Hoang Hoa Tham High School, term 2025-2030, is not only an opportunity to review the achievements but also a driving force for the school to continue to develop strongly, contributing to training talented young generations for the homeland and country.
