Representatives of 65 countries come to Malta to discuss a peace formula for the Russia-Ukraine conflict

This is the third meeting this year aimed at finding a way to reconcile Russia and Ukraine, after two exchanges in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and Copenhagen (Denmark) and both without Moscow's participation.
