The Dien Bien Art Exchange Program, Sparkling with Desire, consists of 12 performances, divided into 3 parts with the participation of artists and actors from the Bong Sen Music and Dance Theater and the Dien Bien Provincial Art Troupe. Part 1 of the program is called Heroic Memories, including the songs: Dien Bien Legend, Comrade Memories, Dien Bien Liberation, and the Medley of Marching to Saigon – A Country Full of Joy. Those heroic songs brought the audience back to the memories of 2 historic victories: Dien Bien Phu Campaign and Ho Chi Minh Campaign.
Part 2 of the program, called The Colors of Dien Bien, is a colorful picture of the language, customs, cuisine, and diverse culture of Dien Bien. Part 2 includes the performances: Dien Bien blooms, Mong flute, Sac mau non cao dance, female singing group Goi trang...
Part 3 of the program includes 4 performances: Coming to the Northwest with me, singing and dancing Ho Chi Minh City where the rivers converge, Dien Bien Spring, singing and dancing Hoa Ban Dien Bien, From the heroic city of Dien Bien Phu.
Throughout part 3 is an invitation from the hearts of the people of all ethnic groups in Dien Bien province sent to the people and tourists of the city named after Uncle Ho in particular, and the southern provinces in general.
At the end of the program, delegates, locals and tourists held hands in a circle of solidarity typical of the friendly and hospitable Northwest land.
Right after the Dien Bien art exchange program, sparkling with aspirations, audiences and tourists on Nguyen Hue walking street were able to admire the colorful costumes of the boys and girls of Dien Bien - Northwest in the street parade.
