The art program "Aspiration for power" is a song of the country that forever echoes in the hearts of Dien Bien people, a source of pride in the glorious and heroic history of our people in the cause of protecting and building the country. The program has contributed to improving the spiritual and cultural life of the people in the province, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere.
