In 2023, Da Nang City will welcome a total of 22 cruise ships with 18,000 passengers. In 2024, registered shipping lines are expected to have 45 cruises with more than 40,000 visitors to Da Nang.

According to the Department of Tourism of Da Nang City, during Christmas and New Year 2024, the total number of visitors to Da Nang will reach about 261,000, an increase of 34.7% over the same period in 2023, of which international visitors account for the majority, about 138,000 visitors.

Previously, on January 1, the Management Board of Ngu Hanh Son Scenic Relic also organized to welcome a group of visitors to visit at the beginning of the new year 2024.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hien, Head of the Management Board of Ngu Hanh Son Monuments and Landscapes, said that in 2023, it welcomed nearly 1.7 million visitors, of which international visitors were more than 1.1 million, accounting for over 66%, bringing in a budget revenue of nearly 75 billion VND, reaching 101% of the yearly plan.
