The contest was launched by the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity of Quang Nam province from October 21 to November 24, 2024.

The organization of the contest aims to widely propagate and disseminate among Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, civil servants, union members, and association members the content and core values ​​of the book by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; raise awareness, create a spreading effect, strengthen trust, solidarity, and consensus on the Party's leadership guidelines and policies and the State's laws on the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong.

The contest is organized into 5 online rounds on the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's website (www.quangnam.dcs.vn).

In addition, candidates can participate in the online exam on linked websites such as: Quang Nam Electronic Information Portal (www.quangnam.gov.vn), Department of Information and Communications Electronic Information Page (www.dptqnam.gov.vn), Quang Nam Online Newspaper (www.baoquangnam.vn), Quang Nam Radio and Television Station (www.qrt.vn).
