After 1.5 days of organization, the combat exercise in Xuan Khe commune (Ly Nhan district) in the defense area (KVPT) was a great success.
With close direction from superiors and the active participation of the entire political system at the grassroots level, the Xuan Khe commune exercise completed all content and program according to the exercise's intention.
The exercise was large-scale, took place in many areas, involved many forces, required a large amount of materials, funding, and equipment, but the participants participated in the exercise according to the instructions of the district exercise director.
The contents of the mechanism operation drills took place on time and in accordance with the program. Departments, branches and organizations thoroughly grasped and implemented the spirit of Resolution 28 of the Politburo on the leadership, management and advisory mechanism of agencies in the political system in the construction and operation of the KVPT.
The live-fire drill and practice included the following contents: "handling armed riots, terrorism, and hostage rescue"; "preventing and fighting enemy fire attacks" to ensure close command, control, and coordination between forces.
For forces participating in the exercise, they must be proficient in using weapons, equipment, and support tools; handle situations close to real conditions, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
Through the exercise, the correctness of the Party's military and defense policies is further affirmed, the actual situation of potential and the ability to respond to complex situations in national defense and security are assessed. At the same time, the leadership capacity of the Party Committee and the management and operation of the government are fostered, and the advisory role of the military, police and local departments, branches and organizations in the construction and operation of the KVPT is promoted.
Through the exercise, the awareness and responsibility of local Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, organizations and people for national defense and security tasks will be further enhanced. The mettle, qualifications and combat readiness of the Xuan Khe Commune Military Command in particular and the Ly Nhan District Military Command in general will be enhanced for the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
At the end of the exercise, the Organizing Committee awarded 5 collectives and 24 individuals with outstanding achievements in the commune combat exercise in the 2023 KVPT.
