The scenery at Frog Pond is very beautiful and poetic.

In the middle of the route (about the 5th kilometer) is Frog Pond. It is the rainy season so the pond is flooded, becoming an ideal environment for this amphibian to grow. The sound of frogs croaking throughout the lake, the cool fresh air under the tree canopy gives visitors an interesting feeling.

According to Mr. Hung, when participating in this trekking route, visitors need to prepare suitable shoes or sandals, gloves, insect repellent and long-sleeved clothes, water and snacks for a distance of more than 9km. Those who are exploring Cat Ba National Park for the first time should follow a professional guide because when going deep into the forest, mobile phone signals are almost completely lost, making it difficult to determine the direction or contact for help when needed. In case there is no one to accompany them, visitors can observe and follow the red arrows painted along the route.

Viet Hai ancient village with peaceful scenery.

After finishing the trekking route, visitors will stop at Viet Hai ancient village. The village is located deep in the core area of ​​Cat Ba National Park, with a total area of ​​about 150 hectares.

Viet Hai ancient village is a destination for nature lovers, looking for wildness and simplicity.

At Viet Hai, visitors will experience a unique fish massage service. After a tiring climb, their feet will be "taken care of" by small fish.
