Upon receiving the report, Team 1, through the surveillance camera system on the route, identified the passenger car going in the wrong direction with the license plate 25F-002.XX.

The driver of the violating vehicle was Tran Son D (born in 1981, residing in Lai Chau City, Lai Chau Province). At the police station, driver D stated that at 8:00 p.m. on February 14, he drove the above-mentioned passenger car from My Dinh Bus Station (Hanoi) to Lai Chau.
