BTO- Continuing the voter contact activities after the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly, on the afternoon of December 7, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thong - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and Ms. Pham Thi Hong Yen - Standing Member of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly, Provincial National Assembly Delegate had a voter contact session in Thuan Quy commune (Ham Thuan Nam).
After watching the video clip of the results of the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly and listening to National Assembly delegate Pham Thi Hong Yen answer voters' petitions at previous meetings, voters of Thuan Quy commune expressed their joy at the results of the 6th session and the active activities of the provincial National Assembly delegation.
At the same time, many opinions were given focusing on the following contents: recommending the National Assembly to consider adjusting the Land Law in the most beneficial direction for the people in the regulations on housing construction, land division, and inheritance transfer on agricultural land to meet the needs of the people.
In addition, voters believe that the current electricity price is quite high, so they recommend that the National Assembly consider adjusting the electricity price so that people can benefit. At the same time, consider cutting down on administrative procedures, increasing convenience for people and businesses.
Regarding the locality, voters said that the current problem of flying sand due to titanium mining in the commune has affected the lives of the people. Voters proposed that the National Assembly, together with local leaders, request the mining company to plant more trees in accordance with regulations to reduce flying sand and protect the local environment.
National Assembly delegates discuss the content of voters' petitions
After listening to voters’ opinions and recommendations, provincial National Assembly deputies and local leaders responded to issues within their authority. At the same time, they received voters’ opinions and recommendations to forward to the Government, National Assembly and relevant sectors for consideration and resolution.
