At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Head of the Ha Tinh National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia informed voters about the expected content and program of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the results of the activities of the provincial National Assembly Delegation since the 5th Session.
Conference delegates.
At the meeting, voters of Huong Khe district expressed their agreement with the contents of the proposed program of the 6th session of the National Assembly. At the same time, they made recommendations and proposals on some current shortcomings in the locality and related to policies at all levels.
Accordingly, Huong Khe voters reflected that the situation of landslides on the banks of the Ngan Sau River is complicated, in some localities; many roads in mountainous areas are also at high risk of landslides, many lakes, dams, bridges and culverts have seriously degraded... Therefore, Huong Khe district hopes that all levels will pay attention, review and have policies to support river straightening, support funding for embankment construction, upgrade and renovate traffic and irrigation infrastructure to ensure safety and convenience for the people, especially during the rainy season.
Delegate Tran Phuc Anh - Secretary of the Party Committee of Huong Lien commune proposed that there should be an urgent policy to prevent landslides on the banks of Ngan Sau river.
Voters want all levels to pay attention to investing in clean water projects concentrated in remote communes because the implementation costs are too large while the local budget is limited. Pay attention to and review support for the construction of underpasses for people to replace spontaneous openings between roads and railways. The central level also needs to have policies to support against degradation, upgrade and embellish national historical relics.
In the agricultural sector, voters asked the National Assembly to have solutions to stabilize the prices of agricultural materials because the prices of many goods are currently high, while the prices of agricultural products are unstable, even difficult to sell. At the same time, many rice production areas currently do not have guaranteed irrigation water sources, so they asked to continue to have practical solutions to ensure stable production.
Chairman of Huong Khe District People's Committee Ngo Xuan Ninh proposed some contents at the conference.
Residents of Huong Khe believe that programs and projects supporting ethnic minorities in mountainous areas have helped them develop production, improve their lives and preserve cultural values. However, the programs still have many overlapping contents, and the allocation of capital to local levels is quite slow, affecting the progress of implementation and disbursement.
In addition, voters also recommended that the Central Government direct all levels and sectors to clearly define the boundary between Vu Quang National Park and Hoa Hai commune; study the arrangement of civil servants for the Party Committee office at the commune level; request attention to tightening the management of SIM cards and phone numbers because many subjects take advantage of and use "junk SIM cards" to cause trouble for people, even many cases of fraud.
Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee Le Anh Tuan
On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Tinh province, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee Le Anh Tuan acknowledged, received, explained and informed about a number of contents and issues of interest to local voters.
For opinions under the Central Government's jurisdiction, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will receive and fully synthesize them and send them to the National Assembly and relevant agencies; for issues under the local jurisdiction, the departments, branches and Huong Khe district will be requested to promptly consider and resolve them.
