The working group of Tuyen Quang Electricity Company inspected the power grid operation system in the area, aiming to provide stable electricity for the Lunar New Year.
At the meeting, the Company's leaders acknowledged and highly appreciated the units for proactively developing plans to ensure electricity supply during Tet. At the same time, the Company's leaders requested the units to strengthen inspection and strengthen the power grid to ensure safe, continuous and reliable electricity supply for customers, especially in key areas such as Party Committee headquarters, People's Committees of districts, cities, police, military, local radio and television stations, hospitals, clean water production facilities, as well as locations where political, cultural and artistic activities take place to welcome the New Year. The Company also requested to promptly handle any incidents that may arise during Tet.
Tuyen Quang Electricity Company also recommends that people do not shoot metal-coated paper fireworks, release sky lanterns, fly kites or use toys or flying devices in areas that violate power line corridors, near power grid equipment and power stations.
With the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door", officers and employees of Tuyen Quang Electricity will strengthen propaganda, raise people's awareness about safe and economical use of electricity and check household wiring to prevent and stop the risk of fire and explosion due to electrical short circuits.
