Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union: Meeting and honoring typical advanced collectives and individuals in the 2019 period

On July 19, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union held a meeting to honor typical and advanced collectives and individuals in Trade Union activities and the movement of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers (CBCCVCLĐ) for the second time, period 2019 - 2023 on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).

Established in 1996, through 6 congresses, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union is currently managing 47 grassroots trade unions with over 4,100 union members. Over the years, along with the development of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Trade Union, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union and the team of civil servants, public employees and union members of the Provincial Agencies have continuously grown and developed, making many important contributions to the successful implementation of the province's political tasks.

The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies presented the painting "Uncle Ho working in the garden of the Presidential Palace in 1957" to the Provincial Civil Servants' Union.

Up to now, the organizational structure of the Provincial Civil Servants' Union at all levels has been consolidated and streamlined in a streamlined manner, suitable to the actual conditions and situation; the quality of the Union staff has been improved, gradually meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period. Many cadres and union members have been promoted and appointed to important positions in agencies, departments, branches and authorities from the grassroots to the provincial level. Every year, the rate of grassroots unions completing their tasks well or better is over 98%, with 50-60 outstanding union members admitted to the Party.

The work of caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of civil servants and union members in the Bloc is guaranteed. The Union has played a good role in coordinating the organization of civil servants and union members' conferences, participating in implementing the democratic regulations at the grassroots level; supervising the implementation of policies and regimes for cadres and union members and implementing welfare programs for union members. Thereby, contributing to creating trust among union members in the Union organization, building and strengthening the relationship between the Union and the heads of agencies and units.

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies presented flowers and certificates to outstanding individuals in the Trade Union activities and the movement of civil servants, public employees and laborers in the period 2019 - 2023.

Patriotic emulation movements and campaigns are regularly promoted and maintained effectively, in accordance with the characteristics of each sector and unit in the Bloc, typically: "Good workers, creative workers", "8-hour quality and effective working day" associated with "Building loyal, responsible, honest and creative civil servants and public employees", "Good at public work, good at home work"...

Through campaigns and emulation movements, each year hundreds of topics, initiatives and experiences have been researched and applied, bringing practical results, contributing to administrative reform, improving the quality of service for people and businesses. Many typical examples in work, study, work and hundreds of collectives have received noble awards from the Party, State, Central ministries, branches, Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee.

With its achievements, for many consecutive years, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union has been evaluated by the Provincial Labor Federation as a unit that always completes its tasks well and excellently; and has been awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President along with many other noble awards from the Provincial People's Committee and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

At the meeting, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union honored 11 collectives and 66 individuals as outstanding union officials and union members for the 2019-2023 period.
