At the conference, the leaders of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat approving Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; the Decision of the Prime Minister approving the election results of the position of Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Ky emphasized: This is the result of careful, long-term preparation over many terms of the province in terms of personnel work, especially the team of leaders and managers; including a team of strategic cadres, ensuring inheritance, development and continuous, steady transition between generations of cadres, maintaining internal solidarity and political stability of the province. The Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee hopes that in his new position, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tuong Huy, together with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and key leaders of the province, will continue to promote the tradition and strength of "Discipline - Unity", the tradition of solidarity, cohesion, building a united bloc, successfully implementing the goals of the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress as well as the socio-economic development plan of the province. At the same time, promote the strength of collective intelligence, democracy, and creativity in management, perform well the tasks, especially the task of building a local government that is honest, creative, serving, active, developing, operating effectively and efficiently; build a contingent of civil servants, first of all leaders, managers and heads of State management agencies from the province to the grassroots level with sufficient qualities, capacity, and prestige, meeting the requirements of local development in the new situation as well as meeting the legitimate expectations and aspirations of the people.
