The project aims to exploit the full potential and advantages of natural resources, biodiversity, cave systems associated with the cultural identity of ethnic groups; continue to improve the economic efficiency of (PN-KB National Park); contribute to job creation, increase income, and improve the material and spiritual life of local people.
Mr. Hoang Xuan Tan, Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee, hopes that businesses that are managing and exploiting tourism products will continue to invest to improve the quality of services, constantly professionalize service style, and create conditions for tourists to best experience the unique values of the PN-KB National Park World Natural Heritage.
On January 23, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 153/QD-UBND approving the project "Ecotourism, resort, entertainment in PN-KB National Park, period 2021-2030". This project is implemented within an area of 124,832 hectares, including the entire PN-KB National Park and part of the adjacent protective forest and production forest area assigned to the PN-KB National Park Management Board for management and protection; implementation period until 2030.
The project also hopes to continue calling for investment to build new eco-tourism, resort and entertainment routes and destinations, contributing to diversifying tourism products and attracting an increasing number of visitors...
In addition to the exploited tourist routes and spots, the project has also identified 20 areas (including 9 spots and 11 tourist routes) with potential that need to be prioritized for investment to develop tourism types and products, including: Tourism management and operation center; zoo experience eco-tourism; high-end resort tourism at km7 of Quyet Thang road 20; tourism in the Nui Doi semi-wild breeding area; high-end resort tourism in the U Bo mountain area; Chay waterfall eco-tourism; Suoi 40 eco-tourism; Ba Tay hill resort tourism; Hung Tram Na high-end resort tourism.

In addition, the project orients 11 areas with unique potential to develop tourism routes to explore nature, history, culture... in locations such as Re Khe may bay forest; Ca Roong Kling Acu cave; Vom gieng Vooc cave; Chi Linh cave, Sanh tree cave, Bai cave; U Bo peak; Bach xanh da complex; Hoa Huong cave; Khe Ry cave; explore, learn about the culture and history of Cong Nong Binh cave; watch birds, watch animals, experience nature along Ho Chi Minh road West branch and provincial road 562; explore Hung Lau nature.
