On the morning of February 19, in Ha Nam, Inspection Team No. 1921 of the Politburo held a conference to announce the Politburo's 2025 inspection decision on the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee. On the side of the inspection team, there were comrades: Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Inspection Team; Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Deputy Head of the Inspection Team; representatives of the leaders of the departments of the Central Party Office, the Central Inspection Committee - members of the Inspection Team.
Receiving and working with the delegation were comrades: Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; comrades members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; leaders of relevant departments and branches.
At the conference, the representative of the Inspection Delegation announced Decision No. 1921-QD/TW dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo on establishing an Inspection Delegation for the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" and Conclusion 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees; the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive 35; the dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. The implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more.
Inspection Team No. 1921 consists of 9 members led by General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security. Comrades Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission and Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security are Deputy Heads of the Inspection Team.
At the conference, the Inspection Delegation also announced the Inspection Plan for the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Standing Inspection Team emphasized: This inspection has a short implementation time, many contents, wide scope, and high requirements. The extremely important inspection topics have been summarized and evaluated by the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee. The detailed inspection outline developed by the Inspection Team has been approved by the Politburo and the Secretariat. To ensure the inspection progress according to plan, comrade Hoang Trong Hung requested the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee to assign a focal point to coordinate with the inspection team; complete the self-inspection report and send it to the inspection team on time, with correct and complete contents according to the Central's suggested outline (no later than February 28); proactively and actively coordinate with the inspection team, provide complete records and documents to help the team complete its tasks.
Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, received the direction of the Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 1921. She requested the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial People's Committee Office to synthesize the reports of departments, branches and units to prepare a general report of the province to send to the Inspection Team. Assign the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to be the focal agency to exchange information and tasks. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested departments, branches and units to promote their responsibilities and work urgently to complete the assigned tasks as required by the Inspection Team.
