According to information from the City Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union of Hanoi City, the logo of the 8th Congress, term 2024 - 2029, is designed with stylized Roman numerals VIII with interwoven shapes, creating a multidimensional visual effect, symbolizing the movement of the digital transformation rhythm of which youth are the core force.

The logo depicts a dove raising its head high and spreading its wings to fly, symbolizing the aspiration for a noble life, constantly breaking through with one's own talent and creativity to reach the future.

Along with that, the logo is designed like bamboo stalks right above is the logo of the Vietnam Youth Union, symbolizing generations of youth always following the ideal to build and serve the country.

Each bamboo segment represents the spirit of dedication, the will to rise up, the enduring and resilient vitality, the solidarity, the continuation and promotion of tradition, and the youthfulness of generations of youth following the flag of the Party, the Youth Union, and the Association.

This is the first prize-winning work of the Logo Design Contest for the 8th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Youth Union of Hanoi City, term 2024 - 2029, by author Trinh Xuan Hoang - student of Hanoi University of Architecture.

On the same day, the City Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union of Hanoi city announced the official song of the congress titled "New Youth Song" by author Pham Huy.
