Police summon 13 teenagers on Facebook group "7211"

(Dan Tri) - A group of 14-24 year old teenagers in Ha Tinh often invite each other to race motorbikes and fight. The police have summoned this group to warn and punish them.

On the morning of December 9, the Criminal Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police said it had coordinated with local police to prevent a group of teenagers from meeting to bring weapons to Quang Binh Province to resolve a conflict.

Police previously discovered a Facebook group called "7211" consisting of 29 teenagers living in Huong Khe and Thach Ha districts, Ha Tinh.

This group was established with the purpose of gathering to race, cause trouble and was ready to bring highly lethal weapons such as knives, swords, beer bottles, and pig spears to resolve conflicts with the other side.

On the evening of December 7, the police were monitoring and received information that this group would gather to race and bring weapons to resolve conflicts with a group of young people from Quang Binh province.

The authorities then summoned 13 teenagers aged 14-24 (residing in Huong Khe and Thach Ha districts, Ha Tinh province) and seized 2 homemade knives and other related evidence.

This group confessed that they had made many appointments to go to districts of Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces to fight, cut off motorbike license plates, and take pictures to post on Facebook and TikTok to show off their "achievements".

The police are further clarifying the related youths to deter and punish them.
