A young man was driving a friend without a helmet and then doing a wheelie on his motorbike in Thach That (Hanoi). The police have fined the two violators and the person who delivered the motorbike.

On November 28, Hanoi Police said that Thach That District Police had fined more than 5.3 million VND to two young men involved in the clip of a motorbike wheelie.
The two violators are PHH (born in 2006) and PLT (born in 2006), both from Huu Bang commune, Thach That district.

At the police station, both admitted their violations.
The police made a record to handle the following violations: driving a two-wheeled vehicle on one wheel; not wearing a helmet; carrying a passenger on the vehicle without a helmet for motorcyclists; driving a motorbike without a rearview mirror on the left side of the driver; people from 16 to under 18 years old driving a motorbike with a cylinder capacity of 50cm3 or more.
In addition to fining the two young men, authorities also fined H.'s father VND1.4 million for giving the car to a minor.
