The Department has also sent a document asking for the opinion of the Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee in charge of the industry to direct related units such as the Police, Health, or Nam Tu Liem District... regarding the content of the unit requesting the performance of the Black Pink group, requiring a written commitment on fire prevention and fighting, security and order, rescue and relief...", Ms. Hoa said.
