This is an event that is causing a "fever" for the BlackPink and K-pop fan community in Vietnam, because BlackPink is a very famous Korean K-pop band, having toured many places around the world.
Regarding this content, Ms. Pham Thi My Hoa - Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports said that on the morning of June 27, the Department received an application for a performance license from the band BlackPink.
“We have received the documents at the one-stop department, checked all administrative procedures and found them complete and valid. The Department has also sent a document asking for the opinion of the Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee in charge of the industry to direct related units such as the Police, Health, or Nam Tu Liem District... regarding the content of the unit requesting the performance of the Black Pink group, requiring a written commitment on fire prevention and fighting, security and order, rescue and relief...", Ms. Hoa said.

According to the leader of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, after inspection, the content of the songs of this band are all widely popular songs, not violating Decree 144 of the Vietnamese Government on performing arts.
"The organizer has also committed to fire prevention, security, rescue, etc. conditions... all conditions for the organization are ready," Ms. Hoa added.
In addition, the Department of Information and Sports also sent a document to the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem district requesting to ensure security and order during the 2 days of the event (July 29 and 30).
Regarding this issue, also at the press conference, Mr. Truong Viet Dung - Chief of Office - Spokesperson of Hanoi People's Committee said that the city will have a document related to this issue today or tomorrow (July 1).
Previously, at noon on June 26, the poster for 'Born Pink world tour Hanoi' was posted on BlackPink's website and online platforms. The venue is My Dinh Stadium, the dates are July 29 and 30. The two shows are part of BlackPink's Born Pink world tour to promote the album of the same name .
