15 tickets to Cuba
The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) announced enrollment for studying under the Agreement in Cuba in 2023 with 15 full scholarships for university training, including 8 quotas for Medicine and 7 quotas for other majors.
Students will be trained at educational institutions managed by the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education in the 2023-2024 academic year. The training period is 5-6 academic years, including 1 year of preparatory language study.
The Cuban Government Scholarship regime exempts tuition fees, provides health insurance and accommodation according to Cuban regulations. The Vietnamese Government provides round-trip airfare, travel expenses, passport and visa fees and subsistence allowance according to current regulations for scholarship students studying in Cuba.
Application deadline is August 31.
6 tickets to Russian Federation
The Department of Education and Training of many provinces and cities has just announced the selection of students to study abroad at universities using funds from the Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Vietsovpetro (Vietsovpetro) for the 2023-2024 school year.
Vietsovpetro was established in 1981 on the basis of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Vietnam and the former Soviet Union, now the Russian Federation, headquartered in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
This unit has a policy of selecting excellent students to study abroad in order to build high-quality human resources, consolidate the team of scientific, technical, economic and managerial staff with professional qualifications, skills and good foreign languages to serve Vietsovpetro long-term.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, this unit will select a number of students to study in the Russian Federation at Vietsovpetro's expense.
These students are fully sponsored for tuition, food and accommodation during their studies. After graduating and returning to Vietnam, students will be assigned to work for Vietsovpetro in their trained field.
The number of students needed is 6 male students. Expected majors: geology, geophysics, oil and gas construction design, welding equipment and technology, industrial electricity and electrical engineering, automation...

Applicants who come under the Government scholarship program will be covered for tuition fees, health insurance, and accommodation in dormitories in accordance with the current regulations of the host country for students studying under the Agreement scholarship. 35 tickets to Cambodia
Students have the opportunity to study in the Kingdom of Cambodia with 20 undergraduate and graduate scholarships; 15 scholarships to study Khmer language.
Fields of study include: Khmer language and culture and other fields of study in the list of fields of study accepted by Cambodia.
The duration of the undergraduate program is 5 years, including 1 year of Khmer language preparatory course in Cambodia for those who do not know Khmer. The postgraduate program is 3-4 years, including 1 year of Khmer language preparatory course in Cambodia for those who do not know Khmer. The Khmer language program lasts for 2 years.

60 tickets to Laos
According to the Government Agreement, there will be a total of 60 scholarships for undergraduate and master's degrees and short-term Lao language training.
The training period is 5 years, including 1 year of Lao language preparatory course. The master's program will be 3 years, including 1 year of Lao language preparatory course. The Lao language training program is a maximum of 2 years.
