Transferring part of national defense land in Binh Phuc to implement transportation project

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Thang Binh district to coordinate with the Military Command of Thang Binh district, the Provincial Military Command and Military Region 5 to specifically determine the boundaries and area of ​​the defense land that has been transferred by the Ministry of National Defense to local management; coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out documents and procedures, advise the Provincial People's Committee to recover defense land, hand over land to the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to implement component project 2, the road connecting Vo Chi Cong street to Dong Que Son Industrial Park, connecting to National Highway 14H in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, check and resolve the recovery of land area (about ^2,376m2 ) of a household currently using adjacent to the defense land area managed by the Military Command of Thang Binh district under its authority, in accordance with regulations to hand over to the Military Command of Quang Nam province for use for defense purposes according to the opinion of the Ministry of National Defense in Clause 2 of Official Dispatch No. 2925 dated July 25, 2024.

The Military Command of Thang Binh District and the Provincial Military Command coordinate with relevant agencies of Military Region 5 and the People's Committee of Thang Binh District, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out procedures for handing over defense land to local management and establish a dossier requesting adjustment of changes (or re-issuance) of land use right certificates for units after handing over a part of the defense land area in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment coordinates with the People's Committee of Thang Binh district and relevant agencies to advise on procedures for recovering national defense land, handing over land to the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to implement the project and guide the procedures, adjust changes (or reissue) certificates of land use rights to the Military Command of Thang Binh district after handing over a part of the national defense land area in accordance with regulations.
