Through the inspection of the Ministry of National Defense 's working delegation of the General Department of Politics (GDP) of the Vietnam People's Army, it was found that recently, the GDP has directed internal agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Central Military Commission's resolution, the regulations on leadership of the management and use of defense land, and the regulations of the State and the Ministry of National Defense on the management and use of defense land combined with production and economic construction activities. The GDP has liquidated contracts and reclaimed land for contracts that have expired or where partners do not comply with the agreements in the contract, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, no complaints; and no new projects using defense land combined with production and economic construction activities.

Defense lands are strictly managed, have clear boundaries, and are free of encroachment, disputes, or overlaps; ongoing contracts are strictly managed, and business is conducted for the correct purposes of the contracts; revenues are allocated according to regulations, and used publicly and for the correct purposes.
