To celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1945 - 2024), on the evening of August 18, the VOV3 Music Department of the Voice of Vietnam in coordination with the People's Committee of Co To district organized a special art exchange program "The Fatherland seen from the sea".
The program took place at the outdoor stage of the special national monument square of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site on Co To Island. Journalist Ngo Minh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the Voice of Vietnam, attended the program.

"The Fatherland Seen from the Sea" introduces 32 revolutionary musical works that have stood the test of time, folk songs with new lyrics performed by famous artists of Voice of Vietnam such as: People's Artist Van Chuong, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Meritorious Artist Phan Thu Lan, Meritorious Artist Minh Phuong, Meritorious Artist Hanh Ngan, Meritorious Artist Bui Thu Huyen, Meritorious Artist Thuy My, Meritorious Artist Thu Trang, Meritorious Artist Cam Tu, Meritorious Artist Lieutenant Colonel Thanh Tuyet and artists: Tran Hong Nhung, Tien Manh, Dang Kien, Chu Cuong. The program also has many special performances by the people and soldiers of Co To island district.
The program brought a musical space to arouse and promote the tradition of patriotism, revolutionary heroism, the will to fight and win of the August Revolution; was a connection, spreading on the airwaves with the people, cadres, soldiers of Co To island district, artists of the Music Department of Voice of Vietnam with music lovers and radio listeners across the country.



The program also expressed remembrance, respect and infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh; affirmed absolute trust in the revolutionary line of the Communist Party of Vietnam; continued to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
