On the evening of April 17, Gia Vien District People's Committee organized the final round of the contest "Nurturing tour guide talents" in 2024.
The contest was attended by representatives from the Department of Tourism, Gia Vien district, Department of Education and Training, Department of Culture and Information and many people in the district.
In the final round, there were 6 teams from primary and secondary schools in the district. The teams participated in 2 competitions including greeting and explaining "We are tour guides".
Through many forms of performance such as drama, Xam singing, dance, especially with bilingual Vietnamese - English narration..., the students brought to the contest unique and attractive performances, receiving enthusiastic cheers from a large audience.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to Me Town Primary School; 2 teams including Gia Tien Primary School and Gia Sinh Primary School won the second prize; Gia Thinh A Primary School, Gia Xuan Primary School, Gia Minh Primary School and Secondary School shared the third prize.
Through the contest, students will better understand the culture, history, people, and landscapes of their homeland. This is also a useful playground for students to exchange and learn, demonstrate their artistic talents and eloquence. From there, they will further cultivate the love for their homeland, country, and national pride of the young generation.
The contest also aims to discover, nurture and nurture talented "future tour guides", contributing to promoting the nature, people, culture and history of Ninh Binh to domestic and international friends.
