Emphasizing that teaching is the most noble of all noble professions, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that in the journey of growing up of every person, everyone goes through the student life, is educated, taught, and the tradition of respecting teachers is a beautiful cultural feature of the Vietnamese people. Not only teachers, but also those who work in educational management contribute to the development of the education sector.

In recent times, promoting the tradition of studiousness and good study of Nghe An people, the role of those working in the education sector has been extremely important, contributing important results to the education career of the province.

The quality of education in the province is increasingly improved. Not only is spearhead education always in the top of the country, but in recent years, the province's comprehensive education has changed very well. In the past 2 years, the province's high school graduation exam results ranked 20-22nd in the country.

The quality of excellent students is increasingly improved, the number of excellent students winning international, regional and national awards is always among the top in the country. Although the area is still difficult, the teaching and learning facilities are increasingly spacious and modern, up to now there are 1,128 schools meeting national standards.

The Education sector has implemented many advanced and modern education models. The sector has also had many solutions to develop the sector and improve the quality of teaching and learning. The sector has also won awards in the Science and Technology Innovation Competition. In the field of international cooperation, the Education sector is also at the forefront, Nghe An is the first locality in the country to train Laotian high school students.

In the coming time, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung said that the Education sector still has a lot of work to do. On the basis of promoting achievements and results, overcoming difficulties, and basing on the set goals, the sector needs to continue to make efforts and strive to achieve the goals well.

Emphasizing that Nghe An is a key locality that receives attention from the Central Government, with the Politburo issuing Resolution No. 39 on building and developing the province until 2030, with a vision to 2045, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that in the central areas selected by the Central Government, Nghe An is identified as the center of the North Central region in the field of education and training.

Therefore, the responsibility of the sector is to advise the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee; organize and implement so that the province's education and training sector becomes the center of the North Central region. In addition, the sector must focus on implementing Resolution No. 03 of the Provincial Party Committee to continue improving the quality of education.

On the other hand, the education sector needs to pay attention to and take care of building its staff, especially improving the quality of the staff directly involved in teaching. In difficult conditions, the sector also needs to mobilize and effectively use resources, improve the quality of facilities, so that the number of standard schools will increase even more.

The head of the provincial People's Committee also requested the education sector to pay attention to coordinating with other sectors, localities and people to build a truly safe, healthy, friendly and joyful educational environment so that every day going to school is a happy day for students. Pay attention to improving the lives, regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the sector, helping them feel secure in their work, dedication and contribution to the education cause of the province.

From there, it has helped people have conditions to care more about and take care of their children's education, supporting the Education sector to carry out the cause of innovation.

The Education sector would like to deeply absorb the guidance and suggestions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, it will continue to promote the spirit, responsibility, dedication, devotion, solidarity, and determination to carry out the cause of innovation; continue to improve the quality of education and training in the province, striving to reach the final goal of building a truly safe, healthy, and friendly school, so that every day going to school is a happy day for students.

Although it was only established 16 years ago, the Provincial Association of Former Teachers has actively contributed to the province's education and social activities; thereby promoting the tradition of studiousness of Nghe An people. More than 20,000 members at 3 levels of the Association have promoted their spirit, responsibility, role and influence on the cause of education and training.
