The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also informed the Dien Bien soldiers about the series of gratitude activities of Thanh Hoa province on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory; at the same time, he sent his best wishes to the Dien Bien soldiers, relatives of martyrs, former Youth Volunteers, frontline workers and hoped that the Dien Bien soldiers and their families would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, preserve the spirit of the Dien Bien soldiers of the past, educate their children and grandchildren to continue the tradition of their ancestors, contribute their intelligence and efforts, and build their homeland and country to become more civilized and prosperous.
