On December 26, according to information from the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch directing the correction of the organization of teaching 2 sessions/day and boarding schools.

According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, the organization of teaching and learning has been implemented well and effectively by schools. However, there are still some schools that organize teaching 2 sessions/day and boarding which is not suitable to the actual situation in the locality.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province has issued a document directing the correction of the organization of teaching 2 sessions/day and boarding schools.

To rectify the above situation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Director of the Department of Education and Training and the Chairmen of the People's Committees of localities to review the conditions for organizing 2-session/day teaching and boarding of school units.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province also directed that teaching should only be organized when the prescribed conditions are met, the lessons should be arranged scientifically , and parents should be given favorable conditions to pick up and drop off their children. At the same time, schools, classes, teachers and other necessary conditions should be proactively arranged to organize 2 sessions/day and boarding according to regulations.

In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Ca Maueducation sector to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to report a specific list of schools including school name, number of classes, number of students... organizing 2 sessions/day and boarding.
