Replace the establishment, adjustment, supplementation and approval of high-tech park development plans with regulations on construction directions and high-tech park development plans in regional and provincial planning.
Specific regulations on conditions for establishing high-tech zones
Decree No. 10/2024/ND-CP dated February 1, 2024 of the Government regulating high-tech zones
The Decree consists of 07 chapters and 52 articles regulating the direction of construction and development plans of high-tech zones; establishment and expansion of high-tech zones; policies on development of high-tech zones; high-tech activities in high-tech zones; state management of high-tech zones; functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the High-tech Zone Management Board.
Regarding planning, establishment and expansion, the Decree provides synchronous regulations with the law on planning, replacing the establishment, adjustment, supplementation and approval of high-tech park development planning with regulations on construction directions and development plans for high-tech parks in regional and provincial planning; specifically stipulates the conditions for establishing high-tech parks in the Law on High Technology and updates the provisions of related laws; stipulates the order and procedures for establishing and expanding high-tech parks.
Form of organization of medical examination and treatment facilities of the people's armed forces
Decree No. 16/2024/ND-CP dated February 16, 2024 of the Government on medical practitioners and medical examination and treatment facilities of the people's armed forces.
In which, the form of organization of medical examination and treatment facilities belonging to the people's armed forces includes:
- General hospitals, specialized hospitals, branches, research institutes with beds;
- Infirmaries, treatment teams, transport ships and military medical ships, military medical ships, research centers with hospital beds, convalescent centers with hospital beds, medical centers with hospital beds (collectively referred to as infirmaries);
- Specialized clinics, specialist doctor clinics, traditional medicine clinics, clinics, consultation and preventive treatment clinics, clinics and occupational disease treatment clinics of agencies and units from regimental level and equivalent or higher (collectively referred to as specialized clinics);
- Military medical team, medical team of agencies and units;
- Military medical, agency and unit medical; clinics have a person responsible for professional expertise in the scope of practice of general medical examination and treatment.
Regulations on Ho Chi Minh Prize, State Prize for Science and Technology
Decree No. 18/2024/ND-CP dated February 21, 2024 of the Government on Ho Chi Minh Prize, State Prize and other prizes in science and technology.
Decree No. 18/2024/ND-CP includes 05 chapters and 31 articles regulating the Ho Chi Minh Prize, the State Prize for Science and Technology; prizes of ministries, branches and localities in science and technology; prizes of organizations and individuals in science and technology.
This Decree stipulates the subjects, conditions, criteria, processes and procedures for considering or posthumously awarding the Ho Chi Minh Prize and the State Prize for Science and Technology as prescribed in Articles 68, 69 and 70 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; the subjects, conditions, criteria, processes and procedures for considering and awarding prizes of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central state agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities on science and technology as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 77 of the Law on Science and Technology; the establishment and awarding of prizes of domestic organizations and individuals, overseas Vietnamese, international organizations, foreign organizations and individuals (hereinafter referred to as organizations and individuals) on science and technology as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 77 of the Law on Science and Technology.
Amending regulations on management of activities of water recreation facilities
Decree No. 19/2024/ND-CP dated February 23, 2024 of the Government Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 48/2019/ND-CP dated June 5, 2019 of the Government regulating the management of activities of means of water recreation and entertainment.
Decree amends and supplements Clause 1, Article 9 and Clause 2, Article 10 in the direction of: Decentralizing the authority to handle administrative procedures from the Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration and the Vietnam Maritime Administration to the Department of Transport for implementation.
