According to data published by VCCI Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh Branch, the DDCI index of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2023 reached 85.04 points, ranking 4th among provincial departments and branches, up 12 places compared to 2022. Many component indexes of the DDCI of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2023 increased in points and rankings compared to 2022. In particular, the Legal Institutions index increased the highest (up 17 places compared to 2022); the Time Cost index and the Informal Cost index increased the lowest (up 8 places compared to 2022)...

Continuing to promote the results achieved in improving and increasing the DDCI score, in the first 6 months of 2024, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development continued to improve the DDCI score, improve the component indicators with low results in 2023, and improve the quality of handling administrative procedures related to investors and enterprises. In the past 6 months, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has handled over 9,000 administrative procedure files, with no overdue files... However, there are still some tasks and targets that are not highly rated by enterprises, leading to a loss of points for the component indicators.

The conference focused on discussing and proposing solutions to effectively implement tasks for the last 6 months of 2024. Based on the action plan to improve the DDCI index of the agricultural sector in 2024, delegates focused on analyzing, discussing, and clarifying the difficulties and problems that need to be overcome. At the same time, solutions were proposed to improve the DDCI index for the entire agricultural sector in the last months of 2024 and the following years. Determined to maintain the ranking of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in the top 5 of the block of departments and branches in terms of the competitiveness index of provincial departments, branches and branches and in the "good" group of the whole province in 2024.

Continue to promote administrative reform, enhance the application of information technology, simplify administrative procedures, improve the quality of management and performance of public duties of cadres, civil servants and public employees to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Strengthening discipline, order, improving public ethics, sense of responsibility, quality, work progress, attitude towards serving the people and businesses of cadres, civil servants and public employees; resolutely and strictly handling and rotating cadres, civil servants and public employees with attitudes and behaviors that cause difficulties and harass investors and businesses...
