The Tan An Bridge and Highway 18 Construction Investment Project has a route length of 3.13 km in Chi Linh City. The City People's Committee has announced the recovery of nearly 15.3 hectares of land from 144 organizations and households, equivalent to 199 plots of land in Van An and Chi Minh wards. This project has a total investment of 600 billion VND, of which the estimated cost of compensation, support and resettlement is 87.23 billion VND.

The project to invest in the construction of the approach road and Van bridge connecting National Highway 37 (Chi Linh) with the approach road to Trieu bridge (Kinh Mon) has a route length in Chi Linh of 3.65 km. The People's Committee of Chi Linh City has issued a notice to recover land for the project with a total expected area of ​​17.8 hectares from 258 organizations and households, corresponding to 283 plots of land in Tan Dan and Dong Lac wards. This project has a total investment of more than 1,296 billion VND, of which the estimated cost of site clearance is more than 341.97 billion VND.

The recovered land area is mainly agricultural land.

The Chi Linh City Land Clearance Council is conducting an inventory and coordinating with a price survey consultant to develop a compensation plan and support for organizations and individuals whose land is being recovered. Chi Linh City is striving to pay support and compensation by early December 2024.
