In the atmosphere of the whole Party and the whole people competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Party cells compete to achieve achievements to welcome the congresses of the affiliated Party cells, towards the 4th Party Congress of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Joint Stock Corporation, term 2025-2030. Implementing Plan No. 10/KH-DU dated February 17, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Corporation on organizing the Party Congress of the affiliated Party cells and approved by the Party Committee of the Corporation, on the afternoon of March 18, 2025, at the Hall of Faith, the headquarters of the Corporation, Party Cell 2 successfully organized the 7th Party Cell Congress for the term 2025-2027.
Party Cell 2 is honored to be the Party Cell that organizes the first Party Cell Congress according to the Plan of the Party Committee of the General Corporation. Attending the Congress were comrades: Comrade Do Huy The - Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Corporation, Head of the Human Resources Management Board; Comrade Nguyen Huu Tuan - Chief of the Party - Mass Organization Office; comrades representing the Party Cells of the Party Cells under the Party Committee of the General Corporation and 20 Party members of Party Cell 2.
At the Congress, Party Cell 2 reviewed the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term, and set out directions and tasks for the 2025-2027 term. In the atmosphere of lively discussions related to the topics of "Optimizing resources in the commercial work of the Corporation" and the topic "The role of the young generation of PTSC in digital transformation", the Congress also listened to the direction of Comrade Do Huy The - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation on the orientations of important tasks in the coming term.
In addition, the Congress also conducted the election of the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 term with 100% of delegates agreeing that Comrade Nguyen Tuan - Head of the Trade Department was elected to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Nguyen Quang Thuong - Head of the Planning and Investment Department held the position of Deputy Secretary and Comrade Pham Trung Thuc - Head of the Trade and Investment Department held the position of Party Cell Executive Committee member.
On behalf of the Party Committee of Party Cell 2, term 2025-2027, comrade Nguyen Tuan - Party Cell Secretary pledged to always work with the highest determination, always worthy of the trust of the Party Committee at higher levels and the Party members currently working at the Party Cell, to continue to train and strive in all aspects, to truly be a dedicated and responsible person, to maintain and develop the solidarity and unity between the Party Committee and political and social organizations, to promote and inherit the achievements of previous terms and to be more proactive and creative in work to excellently complete all the tasks set by the Congress. After more than 3 hours of urgent and serious work, the 7th Congress of Party Cell 2, term 2025-2027 successfully completed the contents of the congress. The Party Committee of Party Cell 2, term 2025-2027 will urgently develop the operating regulations of the Party Cell Committee; Build a full-term work program and assign tasks to Party Committee members, focusing on completing assigned tasks and plans for 2025 and the following years.
