(NLDO)- The car driven by Mr. H. suddenly crashed into a funeral tent set up on the street, injuring 5 people.
On January 1, the Traffic Police Department announced that the driver of the car that hit the funeral theater on Provincial Road 392, passing through Ke Sat town, Binh Giang district (Hai Duong province), injuring 5 people was Mr. Vu Dinh H., Chief Inspector of Binh Giang District People's Committee.

According to information from Hai Duong Provincial Police, at about 1:57 p.m. on December 31, 2024, at km0+100 of Provincial Road 392, Zone 1, Ke Sat Town, Binh Giang District, Mr. Vu Dinh H. was driving a car with license plate 34A-707.xx in the direction from Phu to Ke Sat and crashed into a funeral tent set up by the family of Mr. D.VT (born in 1967, residing in Zone 1, Ke Sat Town) on the traffic road in front of his house.
As a result, the car driven by Mr. H. crashed into the funeral hall, injuring the homeowner's son and 3 other people.
Authorities initially determined that the cause was due to the driver's lack of attention and crashing into the funeral tent set up on the opposite side of the road to the direction the car was traveling. The cause also stemmed from Mr. D.VT's family setting up the tent on Provincial Road 392.
Regarding this incident, Mr. Le Ngoc Chau, Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, assigned Binh Giang District Police and relevant agencies and units to urgently investigate and strictly handle violators according to the law.
At the same time, request the People's Committee of Binh Giang district to clarify and consider the responsibility of organizations and individuals involved in allowing people to set up funeral tents on the street.
