Faced with pressures from work, career, relationships, family, love and personal development, many young people often feel like they are being dragged into a never-ending cycle.

However, we also have inspirational stories about life balance.

Actress famous for her role as Hermione in the Harry Potter series, Emma Watson, not only focuses on her acting career but also spends time on education and charity work.

Emma is a graduate of Brown University and a goodwill ambassador for UN Women, where she advocates for education rights and gender equality.

Or look at Tim Cook - CEO of Apple, one of the world's leading technology companies. Despite his busy schedule, he still makes time to exercise every day and participate in charity work. He also supports many environmental and human rights initiatives.

According to my observation and experience, if young people's time, health and focus in life are 100%, they should try to divide their attention equally to important aspects: 20% for love, 20% for work, 20% for family, 20% for friends and 20% for self-development - hobbies, interests.

While this is just a suggestion and the percentages may vary from person to person, the basic idea is to not let anything completely take over a young person's life, or leave any part out.

That is, don't give 100% or 0% to any aspect of life.

Balancing the different aspects of life makes your 20s not only happier but also mentally healthy.

When one aspect of life is difficult, the rest helps us overcome it and find joy again.

For example, if work is tiring you out, the warmth of family, the joy of friends or personal hobbies can be the medicine to help you regain strength and balance.

In your 20s, love and work often take up a lot of attention. However, don't let them take over your entire life. It's important to know how to create space for each aspect, without letting anything become too overwhelming.

Family and friends are a solid emotional foundation that helps us feel loved and supported. Spending time with them not only helps us feel closer, but also creates a safety net when we need it.

Finally, don't forget to make time for yourself and your personal interests . Whether it's reading, traveling, or any other hobby, these activities help nourish your soul and create the necessary balance in your life.
