In the period of 2021 - 2023, Cam Xuyen district has focused on building, nurturing and replicating advanced models; thereby creating a large and sustainable spread. The whole district has discovered, nurtured and replicated 381 advanced models (including 223 collectives and 158 individuals). The advanced models in various fields with different tasks, circumstances and ages all shine with patriotism, living with ideals, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, simplicity, modesty and compassion.
Attention has been paid to the work of praising, honoring, disseminating and popularizing advanced models. From 2021 to 2023, Cam Xuyen has organized more than 20 conferences to review and summarize emulation movements, in which more than 300 collectives and individuals were commended, honored and rewarded for being exemplary in emulation movements. Thereby, promptly motivating and encouraging cadres, civil servants and people to enthusiastically compete in labor, production, and excellently complete all tasks.
Cam Xuyen District Party Secretary Nguyen Van Thanh: In the coming time, it is recommended that Party committees and authorities continue to raise awareness of the emulation movement to build advanced models and "skillful mass mobilization" models, thereby discovering and nurturing factors; promoting the spirit of innovation and creativity, actively fighting to eliminate backwardness; doing a good job of summarizing and encouraging typical models and "skillful mass mobilization" models...
In the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization in the period of 2018 - 2023, Cam Xuyen district has registered 686 "skillful mass mobilization" models in various fields. In general, the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization and the building of "skillful mass mobilization" models have been regularly paid attention to by Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Fronts and organizations from the district to the grassroots level, and included in annual tasks and solutions.
The emulation movement has developed widely and comprehensively in all fields, contributing to removing obstacles in performing tasks, promoting economic development, reducing poverty, and ensuring social security. The models of "skillful mass mobilization" are the premise for building typical examples of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.
