Ready and eager to welcome students to the festival

The 2024 Admissions and Career Counseling Fair in Ho Chi Minh City will be held at the University of Technology (Ho Chi Minh City National University), located at 268 Ly Thuong Kiet, District 10. The fair will feature nearly 250 booths from 100 educational institutions across the country.

According to Tuoi Tre Online , admissions staff and student volunteers from schools are busy decorating their school's counseling booths to make them as eye-catching as possible.

Mr. Le Cong Bac - staff of the Admissions Consulting and Student Support Center, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ho Chi Minh City National University) - shared: "Our school has prepared decorations at the booth, teachers are ready and eager to welcome students tomorrow morning.

We hope that students interested in social sciences and humanities can visit and listen to advice on the majors they love."

Ms. Vu Tuong Quyen - lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics - said that preparations have been completed to welcome students.

"This year, the consulting booth includes the Institute of Smart Cities and Management, the Institute of Information Technology and Interaction, and the Faculty of Communication Design. We bring to the festival a water puppet robot. In addition, there are products from the Faculty of Communication Design with a puzzle game and a Bui Xuan Phai painting game for players to experience art through technology," Ms. Quyen added.

Ms. Tran Le Thao Vy, an employee of the Admissions Consulting Center of the University of Economics and Finance, Ho Chi Minh City, shared: "This year's festival has more consulting booths, and the schools have prepared more elaborately and colorfully. My school also updated new information and changed the decorations to suit Gen Z students.

In addition to consulting, teachers of the faculties also set up mini games, drink stalls, games and gifts for students.

The admissions and career counseling festival organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper will take place at the University of Technology (Ho Chi Minh City National University, address 268 Ly Thuong Kiet, District 10) on Sunday, March 3.

The opening ceremony of the Festival will take place at 7:30 a.m., with free entry for candidates and parents.

Following the opening ceremony will be the main consultation session, where candidates can directly ask questions about exams, admissions, and career guidance with experts from the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of National Defense, and leading universities in Ho Chi Minh City.

Counseling booths will take place in parallel during this time with many interesting activities in addition to providing information and answering questions for candidates and parents.
