Thus, schools can simultaneously announce from the afternoon of August 22 to before 5:00 p.m. on August 24.
For the North, Hanoi University of Science and Technology plans to announce the benchmark scores on the evening of August 22 instead of the original plan on the afternoon of August 20.
Hung Vuong University and Thai Nguyen University of Industry are also expected to announce their admission scores on the afternoon of August 22.
University of Education, University of Foreign Languages (Thai Nguyen University) jointly announced the benchmark scores on August 24.
University of Commerce will announce the 2023 regular university admission scores at 5:00 p.m. on August 22.

In the South, Nha Trang University decided to postpone the announcement of admission scores from the afternoon of August 20 to the afternoon of August 22 according to the virtual filtering adjustment plan of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The University of Economics and Law (Ho Chi Minh City National University) also announced that it will postpone the announcement of admission scores to the afternoon of August 22, right after the last virtual screening session.
Ho Chi Minh City Banking University also announced that it will adjust the time to announce the benchmark scores to 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
The University of Natural Sciences (Ho Chi Minh City National University) also plans to postpone the date to August 23, instead of August 21 as previously planned.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics also plans to announce on August 22, instead of the afternoon of August 21 as originally planned.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry plans to announce the benchmark scores on the evening of August 24.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade plans to announce the admission scores at 6 p.m. on August 23, and start school from 7 a.m. on September 24. The school will adjust these timelines based on the announcement of adjustments to the general admission and virtual filtering plan of the Ministry of Education and Training.

According to regulations, before 5pm on September 6, all admitted candidates must confirm their admission online on the system. If candidates do not confirm their admission, they will have to wait for additional admission in the next admission rounds of the universities.
According to data released by the Ministry of Education and Training, by the end of the first round of admission registration, a total of more than 660,000 candidates had completed entering their wishes into the system. In 2023, the percentage of candidates registering for university admission was 66% of the total number of candidates registering for the high school graduation exam, an increase of about 2% compared to last year - 64.07%.
The total number of wishes registered by candidates is more than 3.4 million, on average each candidate registers more than 5 wishes for the first round of university admission. This year, about 292,000 students did not register for the first round of university admission.
