Lao provinces wish Nghe An province a Happy Lunar New Year

On the morning of January 16, a delegation of Lao PDR provinces including Savannakhet, Xay Som Bun, Xieng Khouang, Hua Phan, and Bolikham Xay visited and wished a Happy New Year 2025 to the Party Committee, Government, and People of Nghe An province.
