On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024), on the afternoon of December 10, provincial leaders and delegates attending the 9th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Temple.

Provincial leaders offered incense and flowers to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Temple.

Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dang Thanh Giang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and a number of departments and branches.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, provincial leaders and provincial People's Council delegates laid wreaths, offered incense, and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs - the outstanding sons of the homeland who fought bravely and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs.

In front of the heroic martyrs, the provincial leaders and delegates of the Provincial People's Council vow to wholeheartedly follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, firmly uphold Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the ideal of national independence and socialism; continue to promote the patriotic and revolutionary traditions of the homeland, uphold the spirit of solidarity, concentrate intelligence and resources, promote the strength of the entire people, and be determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges to successfully complete the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

Provincial leaders and provincial People's Council delegates promised to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility to voters and people in the province; to perform well their role as a local state power agency, representing the will, aspirations and mastery of the people; to constantly strive, cultivate and train to be worthy of being representatives of the people and at the same time perform well the tasks and powers of the provincial People's Council according to the provisions of law, thereby contributing to making Thai Binh soon become a developed province in the Red River Delta region.
