Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, in coordination with the City Farmers' Association, supported school renovations, provided scholarships and essential supplies to help students return to school at four schools in Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Lao Cai and suburban districts of Hanoi, worth 1.2 billion VND.

The Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union and Tuoi Tre Newspaper support learning tools for students; organize scholarships "Preventing students from dropping out of school"; support livelihoods to help people overcome the consequences with seedlings, livestock and living equipment; repair and build new schools and boarding houses for students in flood-affected areas worth 19 billion VND.

Ho Chi Minh City Women's Newspaper cooperated with the City Women's Union to build 5 new houses in Cao Bang province, worth 350 million VND.

The Laborer Newspaper coordinated with the City Labor Federation to support families with fatalities and heavy losses in Hoa Binh, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, and Cao Bang; build some houses and schools; support some fishermen who suffered heavy losses; and award scholarships worth 12 billion VND to support ethnic minority and poor students in many provinces and cities.

Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper in coordination with the City Veterans Association supported 47 households to rebuild houses severely damaged by storm No. 3 and floods and landslides in Yen Bai and Lao Cai provinces, worth 470 million VND.

Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine supports building charity houses, giving school equipment, textbooks and notebooks to children going to school after the storm and flood, worth 2 billion VND.
