Reporting on the implementation of the 3rd Dien Hong Award, Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong said that, as the standing agency of the Dien Hong Award, the National Assembly Office has advised the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Steering Committee, and the Organizing Committee to issue documents on personnel consolidation and implementation of the Award.

The Office of the National Assembly has directed and closely coordinated with relevant agencies and units to ensure the effective implementation of Plan No. 210/KH-BTC of the Organizing Committee. Specifically, it has issued documents to the Standing Committees of the People's Councils of provinces and centrally-run cities, the Vietnam Journalists Association, and news agencies and newspapers to actively coordinate, promote, and respond to the submission of articles.

At the same time, coordinate with the People's Councils of provinces and centrally-run cities to send official dispatches to relevant local agencies about responding to and participating in the development of quality press works to participate in the Award. In the coming time, the National Assembly Office will continue to promote information and propaganda about the 3rd Dien Hong Award; request central and local television stations to continuously broadcast promotional trailers, news agencies and newspapers to hang propaganda banners; maintain and update information about the Dien Hong Award on the website Giaidienhong.vn.

In addition, the organization receives and compiles the list of works and authors participating in the Award, organizes the scoring and consideration, and awards; advises the Organizing Committee to issue a Decision to establish the Award Judging Council and the Secretariat. Deploys extensive information and propaganda work about the Award Ceremony; organizes exhibitions and displays to serve the information and propaganda work about the Award; builds a summary report to serve the Award Ceremony...

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh highly appreciated the National Assembly Office in preparing documents and grasping the implementation of work in the past time. The Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Vietnam Journalists Association, Vietnam Television, Hanoi City and other agencies have closely coordinated with the National Assembly Office to successfully organize the first, second and third Dien Hong Awards.

Emphasizing that there is not much time left until the end of receiving entries, this is also the peak time, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested the National Assembly Office to preside over and coordinate with agencies, and if it has done well, it needs to do even better, comprehensively promoting preparation work as well as information and propaganda on the media.
