The 115 Emergency Center is the unit proposing the highest recruitment demand with 58 doctors. Next is the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC) proposing a demand of 20 doctors.
At the job fair, leaders of the units can conduct quick interviews to discover additional skills required for the job position, and it is also a place for young doctors to ask for more information about the unit before signing up.
According to the City Health Department, to prevent the possibility that many doctors will register at a unit, exceeding the recruitment needs of that unit, the Department allows doctors to register 3 times. If the doctor is not selected the first time, he/she can register a second and third time at another unit.
