On the evening of June 15, Mr. Le Khanh Hoa, 29 years old, residing in Thai Hoa town, and three other fishermen dropped their fishing rods at Khe La dam, Phu Son commune, Tan Ky district. Feeling the rod shaking strongly, Mr. Hoa pulled it up but could not. "The fish was too big, it took four people working together, and it took dozens of minutes to pull it to shore," Mr. Hoa said.
